Some Information For Our Customers About Holiday Shopping 2021

Please see our homepage for special holiday hours. Also’ please note that Kinoko Kids will be closed for in-store shopping December 25th through December 31. We will re-open Saturday January 1st. Orders placed online during that time will not ship until 1/1. 

This time of year is incredibly special and busy for us. So many of our friends, neighbors, long-time customers, and first-time customers come through our doors looking for just the right gifts for the children in their lives. We keep the shelves stocked with our favorite items the best we can, wrap a million presents, and enjoy chatting with you all about your holiday plans and helping you pick out gifts.

Many people have heard about the many supply chain issues this year and are afraid of empty shelves in toy stores for the holidays. We have worked very hard to maneuver around these supply chain issues and are happy to report that we are extremely well stocked for the holidays! Some items will undoubtedly sell out or just not be available for us this year, but we have so many options for you. Shop early, be flexible, and most of all enjoy the season.

IN-STORE SHOPPING

Our brick and mortar shop is OPEN for in-store shopping. Please note that we REQUIRE face masks that fit over the nose and mouth for all customers over the age of 5. Also, please stay home if you are feeling unwell or have had close contact with someone who is ill. We are also still offering curbside pickup for orders placed online, as well as shipping. Our shop is small and can get crowded this time of year. Shopping online is a great option for many while COVID persists.

ONLINE ORDERING WITH CURBSIDE PICK-UP

Our curbside pickup process is easy! Order online and choose the curbside pickup option at checkout -- be careful doing express checkout or you might miss the pickup option! Pickup hours are during our normal shop hours which you will find on our homepage.

After ordering you will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. If it is during shop hours we will likely have your order ready very quickly. If the order is placed outside of shop hours, or too late in the day for us to fulfill, your order pickup email will be sent to you on the next business day (please note we are closed Mondays). You can come by any time during shop hours to get your order. Call us when you are outside, and we will place your order outside our door for you. Easy! If you need help getting a big order to your car or you have a sleeping baby in a car seat, just ask and well be very happy to help bring your order out to you. You are also of course welcome to pop into the shop to get your order.

ONLINE ORDERING WITH SHIPPING

If you prefer to have your order shipped--great! We are packing and shipping out orders within three business days...usually faster. Many people are shopping online this year and we anticipate shipping delays. Please shop early to avoid stress. Many systems are stressed from overseas distribution to the postal service. Everyone is doing their best under difficult circumstances.

GIFT WRAPPING

Last but not least...present wrapping! We are known throughout the land for our very charming gift wrapping! In-store shoppers can have presents wrapped for free. You can choose to have your presents ordered online wrapped for a small cost of $1 per item. Choose gift wrapping on the product page of the items you are ordering. If you have an order with lots of gift wrapping, you may need to give us a bit more time to get it ready for pickup or shipping. Again, just wait for that email from us before you head over if you are picking up.
