Need to return an item? Here's what you need to know:

In-Store Purchases-

If you would like to return something you bought from us in-store, you may do so with a receipt or order number within two weeks or purchase date for a refund or store credit. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging intact.

If you received an item from our store as a gift and have a gift receipt, you may exchange it or return it for store credit within 30 days of the purchase date.

Online Purchases-

If we have sent you a defective item, or the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label for a return to us. We will refund you or send a replacement item as quickly as we can.

If the item you wish to return is not defective please email us for a return authorization within 5 days of delivery. You will be responsible for return shipping and the original shipping fee (if there was one) will not be refunded. We will refund your item as soon as we receive it. Item must be new and unused and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Some items such as face masks, pacifiers, and candy may not be returned due to health and safety issues.

Vintage Clothing is non-returnable.
